La casa yace la borde de una pequeña montaña que ha sido cavada para dar cogida al diseño. El lote irregular colinda por sus otros extremos con un pequeño parque, una casa y la pista interna de un condominio privado. La idea principal de la casa nace a partir de la irregular forma del lote y del hecho de que la colindancia con el parque, brindaba la oportunidad de agrandar perceptualmente el lote. Es así como la casa se ubica hacia el lado opuesto del parque y adopta el contorno del lote para así minimizar su área ocupada. La necesidad de espacios abiertos expuesta por los clientes, dio a luz la idea de generar un patio interior en la casa que sea un espacio a doble altura bañado de luz y ventilación natural que se abra hacia las zonas sociales. La sala se ubico en un volumen cúbico paralelo a la pista y en dirección al parque. Este volumen fue alzado sobre pilotes para lograr una mejor vista del área verde y así disfrutar de este regalo municipal. The house sits at the edge of a mountain slope that has been dugout to make way for the design. The irregular lot sits next to a small park, a house and the interior condominium road. The main idea comes form the irregular shape of the lot and form the fact that it sits next to the park which gives the opportunity to perceptually enhance the lot. That is how the house gets located towards the end of the lot and adopts the contour of it. The need for open spaces expressed by the clients, gave birth to the idea to generate and interior patio that would be a double height space filled with ventilation and natural light which opens to the social areas. The main living room located itself parallel to the street overlooking the park. This volume was lifted to generate a better view of the green area and enjoy this beautiful gift form the city.
