La casa se diseño con la prioridad de que sea una casa sumamente compacta pero bastante cómoda. Cada lote del
condominio privado tiene 300 m2 y se quería maximizar el área de jardín. La casa toma elementos de la casa IV de Peter
Eisenmann como el doble muro de concreto pulido y las esquinas “abiertas” sin elementos estructurales. La casa se
caracteriza por los elementos verticales que granizan la fachada que sirve de ejes organizadores en la planta.
The house was designed with the priority of it being extremely compact but very comfortable. Each
lot of the private condominium is 300 sq.m and the owners wanted to maximize the garden area. The house borrows ques
from Peter Eisenmann’s House IV like the double polished concrete wall and the “open” corners without structural
elements. The house is characterized by the vertical elements that organize the façade that also serve as plan
organizers.
