Este es un proyecto de vivienda de 3 pisos. Los departamentos son departamentos de 110 m2 de 3 dormitorios. En total hay 18 unidades (9 al frente y 9 al fondo). Queda en una calle de muy bajo transito. La idea del proyecto era la de empezar con un paralelepípedo funcional perfecto e ir destajando/insertando/substrayendo elementos de acuerdo a un criterio matemático. Estas operaciones iban fabricando una base formal sobre la cual luego se diseño el edificio. Se le permitió a la computadora cierto despliegue plástico. This is a 3 storey housing project. The apartments are 110 sqm apartment with three bedrooms. In total there are 18 housing units (9 at the front and 9 at the back). The building is located in a very low transit street. The idea for the project was to start with a perfect rectangular form and start subtracting/inserting and detaching elements according to a mathematical criterion. These operations fabricated the formal basis form which the project was later designed. The computer was allowed to have certain plastic criteria.
